My name is J. Adam Mabe. I am a follower of Christ, husband, father, pastor, and student.

I was born in Alabama, but spent most of my childhood and early adulthood in Lexington, KY. While in Lexington, Jesus saved me, I submitted my life to Christian service in vocational ministry, and I met and married my lovely wife, Brooke.

My desire is to proclaim Christ; warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom that I may present everyone mature in Christ (Colossians 1:28). My hope is to do this in life and ministry, beginning with my wife and children, then to the students and families I am called to serve.

I began pursuing Student Ministry almost immediately after completing high school, and after several years of working and serving in the Army National Guard, I earned my B. S. in Biblical Studies and Youth Ministry from Boyce College of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. I graduated in 2013–fourteen years after graduating high school. While earning my degree, I served in Student Ministry in volunteer and vocational capacities in churches in Central Kentucky. I completed my M. A. in Biblical Counseling from SBTS in May, 2020 and hold a certification in biblical counseling from the ACBC. I currently serve as the Pastor to Students and Their Families at Dayton Avenue Baptist Church in Xenia, OH.

Brooke and I married in June, 2004 and have six sons.
